endive salad with anchovy and caper dressing

from Jamie Oliver's the naked chef.

Cut 4 medium endives into eighths. Wash and drain and dry well. Blitz or finely chop (or pestle and mortar) 6 anchovy fillets with 1 tbsp capers. Add 5 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp lemon juice, black pepper.
